Thy Will Not Mine

"He needs only your willingness to share His perspective
to give it to you completely.
And your willingness need not be complete
because His is perfect.
It is His task to atone for your unwillingness
by His perfect faith,
and it is His faith you share with Him there.

Out of your recognition
of your unwillingness for your release,
His perfect willingness is given you.
Call upon Him, for Heaven is at His call.
And let Him call on Heaven for you."

TRANSCRIBER'S NOTE: In His Guidance, He has asked Me to capitalize the pronouns You and We as an acknowledgement of the Divinity of All of Us, an acknowledgement of Equality, an expression of His Love and respect for You.  

When You see the word 'YOU'  capitalized in the Guidance, know that He is not just speaking to YOU, He is honoring YOU.

BROTHER:

You now have a sincere desire to listen for Guidance from the Holy Spirit, and so You are beginning to pause before You speak, or make a decision. How can You be sure that it's not the ego jumping in to tell You what to do?

My answer may surprise You; yet attend to its rationale, and see its wisdom:

Listen anyway, and trust, and follow.

How can I say this? What if the answer's wrong! What if it is willful! Well, what if it is? Have You made no mistakes going on Your own, left to Your own devices? Certainly you have.

Here is Your safeguard: Let Us speak of listening. If You truly desire to be Guided, that shows a sweet humility that protects You.

If You have before been prone to willfulness, it will be profitable to contemplate the sweet surrender of “THY WILL BE DONE” These four words can beautifully – and oh so gently – transform what You call 'earth' into an experience of Heaven.

Therefore, they are an anathema to the willful ego.

This is why these four words can make You cringe if run by ego. Yet if You truly want the Love of God to Guide You, they will surely bring You peace. For You are asking to see Heaven right where something more like hell appears to be.

The transcriber can attest to this: that when in the midst of anger, she did listen to Me, and the Love of Heaven opened wide to her for four joyous days with no change at all in outside circumstance. She learned that happiness comes but from God.

So fear not! Consult Him, whether directly or through the loving agency of the Holy Spirit. When Your asking truly is sincere, You can trust what You hear.
